What time do we leave for an away event?

Usually the band will depart from the school 30 minutes after the call time posted on the band's calendar.  Students and parents who help load the equipment truck and chaperone should arrive 30 minutes prior to the call time in order to get a head start on preparing for the trip.

Sometimes our departure may be delayed due to late bus arrivals or technicalities with equipment and other times we may leave early if we hear of traffic or weather concerns that may slow down travel.
